We generally make our holiday camps live about 6-8 weeks ahead.  We are at the Everyone Active leisure centres in Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted every weekday during all school holiday periods.  Other regular venues include our Get Set GO Holiday Camp at Sauncey Wood Primary in Harpenden and the Stomp sports and dance Holiday Camp at Vaughan Primary in Harrow.   We also run at Garden Fields JMI and Bernards Heath Juniors (both in St Albans) and Park Street CE Primary on selected days during most school holidays.  In other areas, we often run at Wootton Community Centre (Bedford), Beechfield School (Garston) and  Thomas Harding (Chesham).  So, if your regular camp isn’t currently listed, chances are it soon will be!

Our activity camps run throughout the year, most camps run every school holidays however it’s always best to check each camp for specific dates.

Comfortable and sensible clothing should be worn and we highly recommend sports trainers. Please bring warmer clothing and a coat in case of poor weather. The children can always remove a layer if necessary. All camps have changing facilities for both genders.

Yes we are but childcare vouchers can currently only be used with the Sauncey Wood and The Lea Multi-Activity Club, we are looking to extend our Ofsted registration to other camps. Please express an interest in paying with vouchers to office@apex360.co.uk and we will let you know when other camps join the scheme.

Children need to be aged 5+ to attend, in some circumstances we may allow younger children to participate (e.g. if they have an elder sibling attend) however it falls to the judgement of the lead coach of that camp. There is no maximum age, however secondary school children are likely to want to try other more challenging activities.

Firstly, a smile as we like our camps to be pleasant environment. A packed lunch and a refillable drinks bottle in case as there will be opportunities to re-hydrate throughout the day. Any Medical requirements. We suggest children leave any mobile phones, iPods, etc at home as we will not be responsible if any are misplaced or lost. The coach will always have a mobile phone with them for emergency purposes and any messages can be passed onto children if necessary.

Some of our camps operate a tuck shop. Whether tuck is sold at the venue will be outlined on the event booking page.

Medical information is collected when you complete our booking procedure. Please give us as much information as possible to ensure we are fully aware and you can let us know what we need to look out for so that we can act accordingly.

Yes, of course. It is important you continually give us your contact details when re-booking for this very reason. In case of emergencies we will act accordingly and keep the parents/guardians updated.
