We started back in 2005, with a passion for sport – and an undeniable talent for football.
We’ve grown quite a bit since then and the Apex 360 group are now one of the most trusted names in sports and dance coaching across the mid counties, offering a wide range of courses and sessions in Dance, Performing Arts and Sports.
We work with an ever-growing number of schools to deliver activity clubs and PE support training and with many local communities to deliver industry standard safeguarding training as well as fun and exciting family events.
And not forgetting, of course, our hugely popular Holiday Camps!
We currently operate six franchise areas across Hertfordshire and Middlesex and through this network of activity professionals, Apex delivers over 2000 sport, dance and activity sessions to children, adults and senior citizens every month.
Our continuing philosophy of innovation, inspiration, investment and inclusion means we are a ‘go-to’ partner for many County Sports Partnerships, Universities and Colleges, Charities, Schools, Local Community Clubs and Local Government Organisations looking to improve and increase physical activity and participation levels in their areas.
Of course, we still love to kick footballs around, but now it’s rugby, tennis, netballs, dodgeballs and basketballs as well – and we have many 1st team players in our coaching squad. And our team of talented dance coaches keep everyone moving in super street-style.

Careers with
Working with Apex immediately adds value to your coaching CV as we are well known for the quality coaches that we develop and grow. Whether you are looking to volunteer for a local community club, just starting out on your coaching journey or want to progress to a lead coach role, there is an opportunity at Apex for you. We also have a very busy event season from April – September each year running school based inflatable events and reward days and are looking for staff who can be flexible and hardworking – with no prior experience required.
We believe in investing in our staff members and will help find the relevant course and qualifications needed to progress, while also placing you through our comprehensive CPD programme to develop you into a lead coach. Such is the nature of our fast growing organisation, we are always looking to meet with high quality coaches across all of our franchisees areas in Hertfordshire and Middlesex.

Volunteer
The best way to get into any industry is by volunteering! We are always looking for volunteers with great energy, professionalism and a passion for sport or dance. Some of our area managers and even franchisees joined Apex as a volunteer.
It can be a great first step to securing a paid role at Apex with great training opportunities and career progression.
Activators
Delivering sessions alongside our lead and full-time coaches, our Activators shadow and learn from our activity professionals while developing the skills required to become a lead coach themselves.
Working across our Holiday Camp, Community Events and School Clubs programmes, our Activators will have at least one NGB recognised Level 1 coaching qualification or dance award as well as a current First Aid Qualification and Child Protection Certificate.
Lead Coach
Our lead coaches are the core and lifeblood of our team, and we look for individuals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for sport and/or dance.
Our lead coaches will have excellent communication and organisation skills, at least one NGB recognised Level 2 coaching qualification or dance award as well as a current First Aid Qualification and Child Protection Certificate and have proven experience working with various ages and abilities.
