Building strong relationships

Under the trusted umbrellas of Apex Multisports and Apex Dance we have been building strong relationships with schools for over 15 years.  Delivering high quality sports, dance and educational activity sessions throughout primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities that engage  thousands of children and students every week.

We know that every school’s needs are different, but our high-quality coaching standards will always be the same.  No one Apex session is the same for every child! We understand the need for differentiation and will ensure that all children are challenged appropriately to develop their physical literacy skills.

PE Support

Apex has a superb reputation for supporting and upskilling PE teachers through the Jumps Education resources we can offer. The wide range of publications all fulfil the demands of the latest National Curriculum and include titles covering Gymnastics, Dance, Games and Athletics to name but a few.

The Jumps / Apex “buddy teaching” service is extremely popular as it enables teachers to be more confident and knowledgeable in delivering engaging PE, sports and physical activity. If you are looking to support your teachers with inset or twilight training, then we can help.

Activity Clubs

Apex already help many schools meet the increasing demand for wraparound care.  In addition to our huge range of after school activity clubs, our early morning clubs are a popular start to the school day, providing reliable and cost effective cover for working families.  We also run a growing number of lunchtime activity clubs to keep children active, energised and engaged throughout the day.  

Themed Events

One good thing often leads to another with Apex and when schools need someone they can trust to deliver an important event, they turn to us. We can provide themed weeks and activity days to create a whole-school impact.  Whether it’s learning a new sport, a whole school dance or simply using our well renowned inflatables at a seasonal event, Apex can make it happen.

 

Wellbeing Sessions in Schools

We can offer a variety of different types of delivery, such as our Wellbeing Sessions in schools.

Recently, we visited 4 different schools around Hertfordshire delivering an 8 week programme of Mental Wellbeing sessions using sport and physical activity to get our message across.
